Welcome to MY Auction – the auction company built for buyers and sellers alike. Here at MYAuction we intend to do things differently to the rest of the market by combining all of the best practices of a live ballroom auction without the expense and restriction of timescales for the seller and without the often excessive and unfair fees a buyer has to pay via other online auction platforms in the market – our mission is to create a fair and flexible auction marketplace that will benefit both buyers and sellers. Drawing on more than a combined 25 years' worth of experience in the property market, Stuart Collar-Brown and Todd Harrison-Moore have been buyers, sellers and agents throughout their careers so have created a platform with all three in mind.

could only have 6 dates per year when they can sell their property at a live auction.

Buyers

Buyers could have to pay as much as 6% inc VAT to buy via an online auction

My Auction only charges you 1%+VAT.

Agents

could be tied into a 12 month exclusivity contract contract limiting your sellers options.

doesn't ask you to sign any lengthy contracts.

Agents

could be getting as much as 2.5%+VAT fee from an online auction sale.

My Auction can't offer you that, but you'll keep 100% of the fee you've already agreed with your client.
